These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase of tickets and attendance at events promoted by Elysium Fights Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing a ticket or attending one of our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Ticket Purchases

1. All tickets are sold subject to availability.

2. Tickets are issued electronically and must be presented for entry.

3. Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and time specified.

2. Non-Refundable Tickets

​

1. All ticket sales are final.

2. Tickets are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

   • Change of mind

   • Inability to attend

   • Illness or personal circumstances

3. We recommend ticket holders consider personal insurance if required.

3. Event Changes & Fight Card Disclaimer

​

1. Advertised competitors, bouts, bout order, or event schedules may change at short notice due to injury, illness, regulatory decisions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Changes to the fight card do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

3. We do not guarantee the appearance of any specific competitor.

4. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling

​

1. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be entitled to:

   • A refund or

   • A ticket for a rescheduled date (at our discretion).

2. If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date.

3. Refunds (where applicable) will be limited to the face value of the ticket only and will not include booking or transaction fees.

5. Admission & Conduct

​

1. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person for:

   • Unsafe or disruptive behaviour

   • Failure to comply with event rules or staff instructions

2. No refund will be given if admission is refused or a person is removed due to conduct.

6. Health & Safety

​

1. Attendance is at your own risk.

2. You must comply with all venue safety rules and instructions.

3. We accept no responsibility for loss, injury, or damage except where required by law.

7. Photography & Media

​

1. By attending the event, you consent to being filmed or photographed.

2. Images or footage may be used for promotional or broadcast purposes without compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability

​

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
